Louis Tomlinson shares seriously cinematic music video for new single ‘Lemonade’
Louis Tomlinson continues to showcase his artistic growth with the release of the music video for his brand new single ‘Lemonade’ — and fans are already LOVING it!
Directed by Emmanuel Adjei (Beyoncé, FKA Twigs), the delightfully offbeat clip channels Louis’s trademark indie-cinema cool aesthetic — only this time, it comes with a bright, zesty twist.
Filmed on a blazing hot summer’s day, the striking visual follows Tomlinson as he wilts under the glare of a photoshoot before deciding he’s had enough of the heat — and reality. Whilst seemingly lost in hazy trance, he wanders into a surreal estate where zombie-like, lemon-yellow figures lead him to a delightfully bizarre sock-puppet show. Finally, he breaks free from his sun-filled stupor, plunging fully clothed into a pool to enjoy a moment of cool, chaotic clarity amid the madness.

Fresh from the release of the albums lead single ‘Lemonade’ — which has already amassed over 7 million streams in just under two weeks — Tomlinson announced details of his How Did We Get Here? World Tour, which is scheduled to run throughout the majority of spring / summer 2026.
Launching in Hamburg on March 23rd, the five month jaunt will see Louis play shows in some of the biggest venues on the planet across Europe and North America.

Commenting on the evolution of his style and sound, the ‘Miss You’ hitmaker says: “I sum up this album up as ‘the record I always deserved to make’. My bread and butter is the honesty. I genuinely wear my heart on my sleeve, and I hope it comes through in the music. I’m still learning and getting better as a singer and a songwriter. I find it impossible to be complacent; it’s not in my vocabulary. For the first time now, I’m allowing myself to be the artist I’d always hoped to be.”
