Multi-platinum global superstar Hilary Duff is back with her latest single ‘Roommates’, the second taste of her forthcoming album luck…or something.
Co-written by Hilary with her husband and songwriter/producer Matthew Koma alongside Brian Phillips, ‘Roommates’ is a breezy offering which sees the songstress yearn for her carefree days. The track comes accompanied by a video directed by Matty Peackock.
“’Roommates’ is a song about when life is life-ing, babe,” says Hilary in a press release. “It’s that ache for a wilder, freer time – before the days were swallowed by carpools, budget talks, grocery runs and letting old or new insecurities slip in. It’s the restless hum of wanting to find your way back – to your rhythm, to your person, to yourself.”
