The headliners for Reading and Leeds Festival 2026 have been announced, and for the first time in 25 years, they’re made up exclusively of British and Irish acts!
The sister festivals will be headlined by six of the finest home talent. These include Charli XCX, Chase & Status, Dave, Florence + The Machine, Fontaines D.C. and RAYE.
According to Reading and Leeds Festival, the twin events will be the only UK festival appearances for all six headliners next year.
Further artists have also been confirmed, including Role Model, JADE, Josh Baker, Kneecap, Kettama, Geese, Skye Newman, Adéla, Keo, and special guests Skepta and Sombr. Kasabian will be playing a special set at Leeds on the Thursday night, whilst DJ Chris Stussy will be performing at Reading.
The line up is far from complete, with many more artists to be announced including someone who has been redacted from the initial posters.
The events will take place at Reading’s Richfield Avenue and Bramham Park in Leeds on the Bank Holiday weekend of Thursday 27 – Sunday 30 August 2026, with artists rotating which days they perform on.
